Break the Cycle Level One Questions

Persons who grow up in alcoholic households or dysfunctional families sometimes enter adulthood with ongoing difficulties in relationships with others and unhelpful beliefs about themselves. Our programmes offer a helping hand to people who want to make positive lasting changes in the way they think and feel about themselves and in the way they interact with other people in their lives.
