Change is a constant.
Coaching is, above all, about human growth as well as supporting a person in creating and sustaining change in their lives. Whether for personal development or business related performance, coaching is a collaborative, challenging, client-centred, solution-focused process devoted to increasing competence, commitment and confidence in the person being coached.
At the Hanly we provide a variety of coaching including life, recovery, career, and business coaching. We also provide phobia, chronic depression and chronic illness management specific coaching. Our coaches are accredited to either coaching or psychological bodies, or both and are under supervision of a chartered psychologist or accredited coaching supervisor.
For those interested in career coaching our occupational psychologist is also an accredited psychometric and personality test administrator if that is a service you wish to avail of.
For an appointment please contact the centre.
If you do not have the opportunity to come to the centre it is possible to be coached by telephone or online using Skype. To make arrangements for this particular service please contact Siobhan Olofsson at the centre.
The costs of coaching vary depending on the client - personal/business, waged/unwaged. Please contact the centre and ask to speak to Siobhan.
The Hanly Centre is a registered Irish charity CHY6340 committed to breaking the cycle of alcohol-related harm and the long-term effects of family-of-origin adversity.
