Living in Balance Programme

Are you ready to change? Is your relationship with alcohol causing problems for you and/or your loved ones and you want to stop, but don't know how? Are you looking for a cost-effective alternative to an inpatient addiction treatment centre?

The Living in Balance programme has helped hundreds of people turn their lives around, helping them find the strengths in themselves to live their lives authentically, with joy and without alcohol. If you would like to join them then ring the Hanly Centre now to make an appointment on 01 2809795.

The 'Living in Balance' Programme is designed for you if you are abusing or are addicted to alcohol and want to stop. The goal of this programme is to help you develop skills and awareness that allow you to lead a healthy and productive life without the use of alcohol.

This programme takes a non-judgmental approach to addiction and lifestyle issues and helps you develop sources of support and fulfillment other than alcohol that extend beyond the limits of a treatment programme and professional counselling.

This programme provides you with information about alcohol abuse, treatment and recovery and allows you learn skills that help you deal with feelings, emotions and stressors in your life. It helps you recognise and change distorted thinking patterns.

The Living in Balance Programme assumes that living a balanced life is a fundamental objective of all people regardless of ethnicity or culture.
